Hi.

I see that some agents qualify "Pavilion Suites" as Serviced Residence and some others as Condominium.
Which one is correct? Are there both Serviced Residences and Condominiums depending on the location inside the building?

Good afternoon, Pavilion suites have 2 types of units...
-Own by a private owner
-Manage by the management as Serviced Residence
